Shipping costs

Shipping costs include admin, packaging and shipping your order. Generally, your package will be shipped from the location nearest to you, and no additional fees should occur. However, please note that international buyers are responsible for any import or customs handling fees for any shipments outside of Australia, should they be added to any orders unexpectedly by the carrier/postage service, and/or customs. It is your responsibility to pay for these fees, as this is fully out of our control.

We aim to package and dispatch all purchases to you within 5 working days, please be aware this can take longer during busy periods. If you are in a rush and need your order faster, please send an email to the studio and we are always happy to try to rush orders for a certain date.

Prints A2 size and larger are always printed to order. Those prints and original artworks may take longer to dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any items lost during shipping. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive package. If your address is incorrect and the parcel is sent back to us you will be liable to pay the extra cost to post your order back out to you again.

Please ensure you select tracked shipping option if you are concerned about items being lost in the post, it is very rare for items to be lost in the post however if your order is not trackable there is nothing that we can do. This service is also recommended for orders over $50.

 

Standard shipping

Items are usually shipped via Australia Post if dispatching from Australia. Please bear in mind there is no tracking available with this option. Not recommended for orders over $50 AUD.
Usually delivers 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Tracked shipping

Items sent with tracked shipping are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery - This service is insured and fully trackable - RECOMMENDED FOR ORDERS OVER £40
Guaranteed next day arrival after dispatch.

All items will be packed with care and attention to ensure they are fully protected during shipping. We have worked hard to offer protective safe shipping to our products whilst ensuring minimal environmental impact. Our plastic use is very minimal and we are always woking out ways to make our shipping more earth friendly so please if you have any suggestions on ways we can improve let us know! Collection from Sydney studio

If you would like to pick up your order from the Sydney studio you are more than welcome to! This can save on shipping costs for yourself and the worry of sending via the post for us. Please arrange your collection via email, I am reasonably flexible regarding collection times and if you need your order fast please just get in touch!

 

International Shipping

If you would like your item sent with additional tracking or signed for please get in contact with your postal address to receive an accurate quote. You are liable for any cusoms/import handling fees as these differ per country. It is your responsibility to pay these, if you fail to pay the customs fees the item will be held and then returned back to us.
