Frequently Asked Questions
Print Qualities & Details:
Prints - These prints are often stocked in the studio and have an open edition so if they sell out they will be restocked. These are printed on 250gsm paper. This is a very heavy paper stock and smooth in texture, the colours on these prints are true to the originals and the details are picked up in these prints
Limited Edition - These prints are high quality fine art prints known as Giclée prints. They use museum quality inks that are archival and are printed on handmade paper with a slight texture. These prints are VERY high quality and the colours on these are extremely vivid and the details match the original paintings. Limited editions have a certain number of prints and then they are discontinued, so if a print has an edition of 25, there will only ever be 25 of these prints out in the world.
Large Scale prints A2+ - These prints are printed to order. Once you purchase a print with me then I make an order directly with my printer, the lead times on these prints can be a bit longer however definitely worth the wait! These prints are also Giclée prints. They use museum quality inks that are archival and are printed on handmade paper with a slight texture. These prints are VERY high quality and the colours on these are extremely vivid and the details match the original paintings. You will be amazed at the quality of them!
How will my items be packaged?
All items will be packed with care and attention to ensure they are fully protected during shipping. We have worked hard to offer protective safe shipping to our products whilst ensuring minimal environmental impact. Our plastic use is very minimal and we are always woking out ways to make our shipping more earth friendly so please if you have any suggestions on ways we can improve let us know!
Prints A5 to A3 - These are handled with utmost care. We ship these prints flat in a flat card backed envelope or small cardboard box. These prints are wrapped in tissue paper with a piece of grey board on the reverse to protect the prints. We use no plastic in these orders.
Large prints A2+ - These are currently printed to order so require a longer lead time. These prints will be shipped directly from the printer to your home. They are sent flat in a large flat cardboard envelope with two large pieces of grey board to protect the prints. They are also wrapped in tissue paper with minimal plastic. There will be very limited plastic in these orders.
Original paintings -
Water colour on paper - Up to A3 -These will be sent flat with thick greyboard either side of the painting and then sealed into a polythene envelope. This is to insure that in the unlikely event your parcel came into contact with moisture that it would offer the most protection to your painting. Then the painting will be wrapped in tissue paper and either sent in a card envelope or small box.
Paintings above A3 will be sent securely rolled in a tube.
Oil paintings
These take longer to dry so these paintings will not be sent out until fully dried. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks before paintings can be sent out
Paintings on board & Stretched paintings on canvas - These will be sent out once dry in a protective box. The pieces will be wrapped in tissue to protect the surfaces and then the box will be filled with shredded paper to protect the artwork in transit.
Loose canvas paintings - These will be rolled into a tube and sent to your home flat as shown on the website. These can then be taken to a framer and stretched professionally by them or you can add them flat to a frame and mounted. It is best to take these to a professional framer.
If you would like recommendations for places online to buy frames please get in touch.
Ceramics - We ship all ceramics wrapped in tissue paper to protect the detail and then very well packed with shredded paper! These boxes are often very heavy and are packed with very care to ensure they arrive at your door safely and securely.

Would you like a different size print than offered?
Some of the prints listed can only be printed at the sizes offered. The quality of the prints are something that I will not compromise on and are what makes the prints so special and this can be lost when resizing some prints which is why this can not be offered on all prints. However if you are looking for a specific size to fit a space in your home please get in contact as we can see what we can do and some pieces can be resized to fit.
If you are looking to fill a very large area of your wall with my art I recommend putting 3-4 pieces together. These can look fabulous mixed into a gallery wall or a simple curated space with multiple large framed prints in the same size. I offer discounts to collectors looking at buying multiple large scale prints. Please get in touch to discuss!
